3/7 – Supervisors Series: Supervising Young Staff Members
Many programs aimed at elementary and middle school-aged children hire teens as part of their staff. While these young people have responsibilities, they also need unique support and assistance to help them succeed. This workshop helps adult staff supervise and work with youth staff to support their development and the success of the program.
