3/21 - Supervisors Series: How to Supervise All Staff…Even the Difficult Ones
In this session, participants will share key challenges and learn strategies for effective supervision with an emphasis on managing the difficult employee. Through combination of discussion and activities, participants will explore leadership and the impact on their job and have the opportunity to assess own supervision and communication style. Participants will learn how to establish boundaries more effectively, gain strategies for communicating effectively, and make links between emotional intelligence and effective supervision.
