What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There are several 15 minute parking spaces right outside the Juicery and Soupery locations in downtown Portsmouth. As well, we are located right across the street from the parking garage.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. The staff will have a copy of your name and email on the registration list, but please also bring your printed ticket and ID.
What is the refund policy?
The Juicery cancellation policy is that all cancellations must be received no less than four (4) calendar days before your start date in order to receive a refund minus a 15% cancellation fee. Example: If you are beginning your cleanse on a Tuesday, any changes or cancellations must be requested by Thursday by 7pm. Otherwise no refunds will be issued. For medical reasons after the 4 day deadline, we ask for a doctor’s note to be submitted for cancellation. If you must cancel within four calendar days of the start date of your cleanse we can offer you a credit to another date.
