Working Animals Giving Service 4 Kids (W.A.G.S. 4 Kids) is calling all of Cleveland’s fun, single, charity-minded men and women to attend Cleveland “Have a Heart” Charity Bachelor Raffle!
This fun and unique event will introduce 25 of Cleveland’s most eligible single men being raffled off for a custom date to benefit W.A.G.S. 4 Kids – an organization that trains and matches service dogs that provide therapeutic, emotional and physical support for children with disabilities and their families.
This year, for only $40.00, over 400 single men and women are expected to attend the event and
enjoy open bar, heavy appetizers, live DJ and have a chance to win exclusive silent raffle prize packages – all while networking with Cleveland’s hottest singles! Special Guests Learn 2 Love Me will be hosting their "adult" prize wheel with Shaker Photo Studios and Brian Metz Photography on site to capture your red carpet entrance and all the moments you won't want to miss!
Presented by Harry Buffalo the event gives singles the chance to meet, mingle and have fun while making a difference in the lives of local children with disabilities and their families.W.A.G.S. 4 Kids celebrates 10 years and 50 friends for life. The funds raised from this event will aim to continue to support those dogs and partners, as well as matches to be made in the future.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
It's a bar...21+
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Please include your name, query, phone number and best time to reach you.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Not necessary, but then please bring proper ID so we can check you in at the registration table. Thanks!
What is the refund policy?
Each ticket purchased is a charitable donation to a W.A.G.S. 4 Kids, a non-profit organization that survives solely on the generosity of others. Asking for a refund is like asking for that donation back. Only under extreme conditions do we ask that a refund be requested. Such situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
We will ask for ID if you don't have a paper ticket. If you choose to pre-purchase a number of tickets under one individual or company name - that's fine! However, if you purchase 5 tickets and 6 people show up for your party...#6 is on their own!
Can I bid on more than one bachelor?
Absolutely! Please do!
Can I win more than one date?
No. Each bachelorette is limited winning one date, the first date won. Once a given bachelorette has won a date all additional raffle tickets purchased are null in void making the bachelorette no longer eligible to win any future dates that evening. Should a "matched" bachelorette's ticket be pulled for an additional date, the crowd will be notified of the ineligible status and another ticket pulled until an eligible bachelorette is successfully selected to win.
But I'm not single...
Okay...do you like to drink? Eat good food? Win great raffle prizes? This silent raffle is about more than just the bachelors! There are great prize baskets donated for both sexes to enjoy. Come enjoy a great party for an even better cause! Single status not required...
To make it easier to distinguish between the singles and the takens, RED nametags will be worn by our coupled attendees and GREEN nametags worn by our eligible attendees.
But I'm a guy...
Okay, so there are 200+ single women in the crowd, free food, open bar and 25 bachelors...you do the math. Duh!
When & Where
W.A.G.S. 4 Kids
Working Animals Giving Service for Kids is a local 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving children with special needs in our community by training and placing service and skilled companion dogs. The organization consists of a board of directors, trainers, and administrators who dedicate their time and talent to the families of Northeast Ohio. Support in sponsorship, donations and fundraisers make programs possible for kids like Nick, the young man, who in 2012 was gunned down in the halls of Chardon High School, and now with his W.A.G.S. service dog, Turner, is learning to live his life with courage and independence. Each year, with the support of organizations like yours, W.A.G.S. 4 Kids helps local children with disabilities, to partner with a service dog trained to meet his own specific need.
