Are you ready to make some healthy changes, but don’t know where to begin? Join us for the Health Starts Here 28 Day Challenge! Shannon Sherman, resident Healthy Eating Specialist, will guide you in working towards your goals for improved health. This 5 week session includes weekly cooking demos in our Lifestyle Center, where Shannon will provide you with the proper tools and education for successful healthy eating. Meet each week for tips, tricks, and support! Classes are held once a week on Tuesday from 6:30pm-7:30pm, starting on August 27th and ends on September 24th.
