2/7 - Child Sexual Development
This training will increase participants’ understanding of the stages of child sexual development, from birth to 18 years old. At the end of the training, participants will be able to: describe the characteristics of each stage of sexual development, identify strategies to support youth through their stages of sexual development, and help youth to make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive lives.
SACC Training Topics Satisfied: (1) Principles of childhood development, including the appropriate supervision of children, meeting the needs of children enrolled in the program with physical or emotional challenges and behavior management and discipline; (3) Child day care program development
Coffee provided. Participants are welcome to bring breakfast with them. Participants will receive certificates upon completion of the training.
