Please join us for the 26th Annual TEC Awards, held for the first time at the Winter NAMM Show--the largest trade show for the international music products industry, drawing close to 90,000 attendees to its exhibits and educational programs annually.
Awards are presented in 17 technical categories and eight creative categories. The coveted Les Paul Award will be presented to Lindsey Buckingham, the prodigiously talented singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist/producer behind the most successful lineup of Fleetwood Mac (as well as a sterling solo career).

Founded in 1985, the Technical Excellence & Creativity Awards is the foremost program recognizing the achievements of audio professionals. Presented annually by the TEC Foundation for Excellence in Audio, the TEC Awards recognizes the individuals, companies and technical innovations behind the sound of recordings, live performances, films, television, video games, and other media.

Founded in 1990, the TEC Foundation for Excellence in Audio is a 501(c) (3) public benefit corporation, dedicated to recognizing and furthering excellence in audio, video, music and other communications media arts. The Foundation’s signature program is the Technical Excellence & Creativity Awards, honoring outstanding achievement in audio technology and production. The Foundation endows scholarship programs for the audio arts and sciences at leading universities and presents its own TEC Scholarship to deserving students. It also supports organizations working to educate professionals and the public about the prevention of noise-induced hearing loss, The TEC Foundation has contributed more than half a million dollars to these causes.

Some of the recording industry's most celebrated
engineers, producers and musicians will gather to recognize 25 of the year's
most outstanding audio projects and products at the 26th Annual TEC Awards
at The 2011 NAMM Show on Friday, January 14.
The evening's top honor, the Les Paul Award, will be presented to Lindsey Buckingham by producers Elliot Scheiner and Ken Caillat, and introduced by Al Schmitt. Other presenters include: Alan Parsons, Chad Smith, Ken Scott, Ed Cherney, Dylan Dresdow, Frank Serafine, Paul Lipson, Jeff Kollman and Mr. Bonzai. Along with the star-studded 2Cold ChiliBone TEC Band led by Larry Batiste, music performances scheduled to date include Ambrosia's David Pack, Pablo Cruise's David Jenkins and Public Enemy's Brian Hardgroove.

East bound Katella- right turn on Hotel Way (two-lane street) look for large sign with a black X . Right turn at the sign. An attendant will open the gate arm to let you into the lot. $12 fee.
West bound Katella- make a U-Turn at light right at Hotel Way (two-lane street) look for large sign with a black X. Right turn at the sign. An attendant will open the gate arm to let you into the lot. $12 fee
Each ticket purchased includes one badge to the NAMM Show. Soon after your purchase, you will receive an invitation from NAMM to register for your badge. You must enter the name of the attendee and their email address for each NAMM badge.
