210 Olympic Lifting Training Session

A 2.5 hour comprehensive lifting training session. The focus of this seminar is finding the correct positions in the snatch and clean and jerk to allow the athlete to advance past their current level. We will cover snatch, snatch variations, jerk, jerk variations, clean, clean variations, squatting and pulling.
Requirements for attending this course are
- an intermediate understanding of the olympic lifts
- 6 months of exposure to the lifts
- a willingness to improve and work hard
Athletes attending this course will leave the course with a much more thorough understanding of what is required to improve as a lifter as well as a basic outline of a solid training program.
Each slot has a maximum number of only 10 athletes in order to give each lifter as much attention as possible.

Stephen A. Galvan is the founder of 210 CrossFit, San Antonio Strength & Conditioning, 210 Strong Bootcamp and Team 210 Weightlifting Club. He competes as a member of the Texas Barbell Club and is the current Texas State record holder in the snatch, clean and jerk and total (Male Masters 35, +105kg class).
