Event Details

The ALSC Children and Technology (C&T) Committee would like to thank you for your interest in 21 Tools for the 21st Century Kidlibs, a new virtual playground scheduled to run from July – August, 2010.

This will be a self-directed discovery program modeled after the 23 Things project created by Helene Blowers in 2006 while at Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County and has since been implemented at more than five hundred libraries worldwide.

The first module will be posted on July 12, 2010 and new modules will be added weekly. Please feel free to play at your leisure. You will be assigned a committee member who will help you along the way if you get stuck on any of the modules.

To get started, please register here. When the program date grows closer you will receive a detailed email, with the web address of site we will be using for your exploration. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the C&T Committee Chair Amber Creger at acreger@chipublib.org

Thank you for joining us on this journey.
