21 Days of Friendship Journey

What: Join us for the upcoming 21-Days of Friendship Journey, a personal commitment to journal for a month through a strategically designed personal assessment process designed to bring clarity, insight & hope into your life as you step into a greater sense of meaningful community in your life.
Who: Women of all ages and life stages are welcome to step into this Journey to intentionally expand your sense of connectedness & belonging.
There are so many authentic expressions of our desire for relational connectedness. Whether you can articulate your needs or not, this Journey will invite insights and relational energy into the community you are fostering. No matter where you live, what your age, or whether you can articulate your relational hunger, you are welcome!
Why: Research showcasing the profound results that friendship has on all areas of life provides significant reasons to engage in this process. Our sense of connection expands our longevity, elevates our happiness, decreases our stress, enhances our self-esteem, motivates us in other areas of our lives and improves our physical and emotional health. Research also shows that most of are experiencing a sense of disconnectedness or lack of relational fulfillment. I invite you to "put the stake in the ground," giving voice to yourself that this theme matters in your life. Step into the space where you create the room to foster awareness and movement in the relationships that matter to you.
When: The next cycle launches the third weekend of April and provides daily journaling activities and teaching for 21 days, to work on at your own pace. In addition to 21 Days of workbook teaching & exercises, your Journey includes 4 optional 45-minute group coaching sessions:
Optional Group Calls: Mondays, April 18, April 25, May 2 & 16 at 5 PST/8pm EST
Where: You can live anywhere. The entire Journey is via email and 4 telephone calls!
How: The format will include you receiving, via email, your daily assignments every weekend for the upcoming week. You will want to carve out at least 15 to 30 minutes every day for your commitment to step into the daily journaling and creative exercises. These are fun, insightful, meaningful and soul expanding exercises and activities. The 3 weeks are spread into 4 to give you extra time if needed to complete the Journey.
Week 1: Engaging (in reality and hopes, in obstacles and gratitude)
Week 2: Evaluating (our definitions, our modeling, our beliefs and our energy)
Week 3: Embracing (energy, wisdom, generosity, growth and new directions)
Facilitator: As a community facilitator, life coach for relationships and transitions and founder of GirlFriendCircles.com, Shasta Nelson wrote this resource for women to move forward in the area that can most empower all other aspects of our lives: our circles of friends.

Personal Coaching Add-On Option: $105
This is a 50% discount, includes two personal coaching sessions, each at 45 minutes in length, to be scheduled at the convenience of the client to help ensure processing of personal growth and intentional follow up after the 21-day Program.
