21 Days of Friendship: Evaluate & Attract Meaningful Friendships

Celebrate the New Year by intentionally learning how to add more meaningful community into your life!
What: Join us for this 4-week program (5 journaling exercises / 1 group coaching call each week) designed to provide personal relational assessment combined with eye-opening clarity, insight & hope into your life as you step into more meaningful community in your life.
Who: Women of all ages and life stages are welcome to step into this Program to intentionally learn more about how friendship works and how you can attract and foster the friendships that matter most.
Why: Research showcasing the profound results that friendship has on all areas of life provides significant reasons to engage in this process. Our sense of connection expands our longevity, elevates our happiness, decreases our stress, enhances our self-esteem, motivates us in other areas of our lives and improves our physical and emotional health. Research also shows that most of are experiencing a sense of disconnectedness or lack of relational fulfillment. I invite you to "put the stake in the ground," giving voice to yourself that this theme matters in your life. Step into the space where you create the room to foster awareness and movement in the relationships that matter to you.
When: The next cycle runs through January and provides daily journaling activities and teaching over 4 weeks. In addition to 4 week-workbook teaching & exercises, your Program also includes 5 optional 45-minute group coaching sessions:

Where: You can live anywhere. The entire Program is via email and 5 telephone calls.
How: The format will include you receiving, via email, your 5 daily assignments every weekend for the upcoming week. You will want to carve out at least 15 to 30 minutes every day for your commitment to step into the daily journaling and creative exercises. These are fun, insightful, meaningful and soul expanding exercises and activities. There are extra days built in for any days you need to skip! ;)
Facilitator: As a community facilitator, life coach for relationships and transitions and founder of GirlFriendCircles.com, Shasta Nelson wrote this resource for women to move forward in the area that can most empower all other aspects of our lives: our circles of friends.

- Understand what is needed to help ensure the community you crave.
- Hold healthy expectations for what friends are, what you should be giving/receiving, and what the different types of friends can provide.
- Accept friend-making on your own terms-- with your energy levels, your temperament, your style, etc.
- Set clear ideas for how you can reach your relational goals.

Personal Coaching Add-On Option: $125
This is a 50% discount, includes two personal coaching sessions, each at 45 minutes in length, to be scheduled at the convenience of the client to help ensure processing of personal growth and intentional follow up after the Program.
