21 Acres: Tuesdays at 21– Sustainable Food Systems
- Community & Culture
- 21 Acres, Woodinville WA
Eating raw foods is not just about eating salads. In this ultimate healthy-eating lifestyle, maximize foods’ natural enzymes with easy recipes to take to pot lucks or to serve for holiday parties. Madeline uses a dehydrator to concentrate flavors, give foods a crisp texture and a “baked” taste without destroying the health-giving benefits of raw food. Come learn some of the techniques of this style of eating and be inspired to add more raw foods to your diet.
With Madeline Eyer, raw food expert.
Ms. Eyer is a master of raw food preparation and healthy lifestyle choices, a Certified Raw Food Coach and a member of the International Association of Raw Food Coaches and Teachers (IARFCT). She helps support health and energy levels of people who are often sick, exhausted, overweight or suffer from poor quality or inadequate sleep.
