20th Annual Dr.Martin Luther King Celebration & Unsung Hero's Presentation

On behalf of the Inner City Youth Foundation, we respectfully request your presence as our Special Guest of Honor at our 20th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration and our Unsung Hero’s Awards presentation honoring Film Producer Matthew Cherry and Coach Cornell Ward . This special event will take place on January 15, 2012 at the Redeemer Missionary Baptist Church 1631 West Adams Blvd. Los Angeles, California.
For the past 19 years, we have honored our unsung heroes in the community whose contributions have impacted and empowered our inner cities. Past honorees and participants of our Annual Dr. King Celebration include notables such as: the late Attorney Johnnie Cochran, Former Congresswoman Diane Watson, Bishop Charles Blake, and Former LAPD Chief William S. Bratton, NFL’s Reggie Bush, Sweet Alice Harris, Coach Ken Carter, and hundreds of other esteemed honorees.
This year we are honoring several High School Athletes who have “Beat the Odds” and now they’re headed to college.
