2016 TWHA Annual Dinner

Good friends, good food, good talk: The TWHA 2016 annual dinner and membership meeting will feature "Tales of Tevis", a panel of our own Tevis veterans to tell tall tales and answer questions.
Meeting: We're meeting where we met last year at Casa Orinda. We've arranged a four-option banquet. There will be a no-host bar starting at 6:30, dinner at 7:00, business meeting at 7:45 and Tevis Panel soon after. If you have any questions about the meeting, please email email@example.com.
Menu Choices: You can choose one of these options when you buy your ticket:
• Casa's Famous Fried Chicken - served with homemade biscuit, mashed potatoes, chicken gravy, and fresh vegetables.
• Fresh Fish of the Day, served with rice and fresh vegetables.
• Veal Scaloppine Marsala – Medallions of veal sautéed with mushrooms in a Marsala wine sauce. Served with linguine with meat sauce and fresh vegetables.
• Vegetarian Lasagna – Ricotta cheese, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce layered with wide pasta in this traditional lasagna. Served with fresh vegetables.
PLUS: Cesar salad for everyone, AND free desserts lovingly prepared by TWHA pastry chefs! (You may also order anything you want from the regular menu at your own expense.) Note: you can choose your menu option when you order your ticket on line (above), or when you send a check (below).
Wine: Our insurance forbids us to serve wine, but you can buy wine from the restaurant or bring your own for a $15 per bottle corkage fee.
Tickets: Anyone may purchase a dinner ticket, although the member price is lower and we ask you to support us by joining or renewing (see below). The member's dinner price is lower still if you volunteered at one of our 2015 Trail Work Days or at the 2015 East Bay Hills Ride. In that case you will receive an email with your discount code.
You may order tickets online above with a credit card (deadline January 22), or you can send a check to Morris Older, 50 La Encinal, Orinda CA 94563 (deadline January 18). If you do send a check, please make it out to TWHA, and please tell us your menu choice. Checks must be mailed by January 18, and please send a confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a small processing fee for online orders (imposed by this website), while checks are accepted without fees. Please make a reservation online (above) or by check in order to guarantee a seat. If you show up at the door without a reservation, we may or may not have room, and you will have to order at your own expense.
Membership: You may purchase or renew your membership online, at the door, or with the check you send to as above. If you send a check for a new membership, please download and fill out the Membership Application and include it with your check.
Wait list: If the event sells out you will be placed on a wait list and contacted if a place becomes available. Refunds can be issued to the original purchaser only if a replacement purchaser becomes available.
