Each year, we invite partners, ministries, and educational institutions to take part in a Ministry Expo at our conference. We desire to give conference attendees a variety of ministry resources to further empower their churches and ministries, and hope that your organization would benefit from participating in the Ministry Expo to that end.
- Exhibitors will have time and space to interact with conference attendees during breaks
- Skirted table, two chairs, a waste basket, 2 exhibitor passes, a listing of ministry name in conference notebook and on main hall slides all provided in registration
- Set up: 12-5pm, Thursday, October 13th | Teardown: 11:30-1pm, Sunday, October 16th
- Electricity, wifi, and freight management can be ordered for a separate fee through the Convention Center upon registration
- Refunds (less a $50 administrative fee) will be processed through September 30th
- We request that resources not be sold at Ministry Expo booths
