2015 Treasure Chest Fest Vendors

Established in 2011, Treasure Chest is Green Flash’s annual fundraising program to benefit local breast cancer charities in San Diego.

The program’s cornerstone and kickoff is Treasure Chest Fest –a ticketed rare beer event hosted at the brewery in Mira Mesa. This year, the event will take place on Saturday, August 29, from 12 - 5 p.m. We are looking for a handful of local vendors to join us in the annual festival and enhance the experience of all attending and would like to invite you!

We anticipate 700 guests at the festival with the crowd having the freedom to wander around the brewery sampling food and beer pairings, grabbing a souvenir photo, attending a Behind the Craft Demo and shopping local and hand-crafted gifts!

The program is near and dear to the hearts of the Green Flash team, as the company Co-Founder and VP of Marketing, Lisa Hinkley is a 4-year Breast Cancer survivor. Through Treasure Chest, Green Flash has raised funds for the local chapter of Komen for the Cure San Diego and other breast cancer charities over the past four years.

100% of the profit from ticket sales is donated to the San Diego chapter of Komen For the Cure.

Participanting vendors will secure exposure in the following ways:

• Featured inclusion in event promotion as follows: event program, Green Flash event listing on website, social media, media alerts
• Potential for inclusion in all relevant media opportunities (broadcast segments, print, radio and online)
• Day-of promotion on site via the ability for visibility at the 6ft table set up – (Green Flash will provide table): logo and signage, branded linens (provided by restaurant), collateral or handouts - we are flexible and would love to work with you on a set up to best showcase your brand
• Post event opportunities for Green Flash Treasure Chest events at partner venues (to discuss, if interested)

We provide each vendor with

• Wristbands for the vendors
• 2 x additional tickets, if you would like to invite guests (includes 10 tastings and food pairings!)
• Festival Program Inclusion
• 1 x 10x10 space
• 1 x 6-ft table
• 2 x chairs

Vendor Booth Fee

• $100 flat rate at time of registration
• 100% of proceeds will go directly to the San Diego Chapter of Komen for the Cure
