SUNDAY, APRIL 12

Cuisine on the Green: Experience a beautiful Robert Trent Jones Golf Course while you enjoy culinary bites and cocktail samples at select tees. Golfers and non-golfers delight in this entertaining day. Non-golfers are invited to tour the tastings with or without a golf cart.10:30 AM Tee Time, Carambola Golf Course, $200/golfer, $75/taster w/touring golf cart, $50/taster without golf cart

 

TUESDAY, APRIL 14

Gourmet Vintner Dinner: Tutto Bene Restaurant pairs celebrity Chef Todd Gray with a renowned wine maker and the results always astound! This dinner with its gourmet themed auction kicks off the week of indulgence and generosity. 6:00 PM, Tutto Bene Restaurant, $250/pp  (includes gratuity)

 

City Crawl: Dine around historic Christiansted town and sample food and beverages from some of Christiansted's most happening bars and restaurants. Desserts by Chef Duff Goldman of Charm City Cakes. 6:00 PM. Wear comfortable shoes to walk between restaurants. $100/pp 


WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15

Food Fight! On The Beach: Celebrity chefs Ray Lampe and Sam Choy and local chefs compete in a hilarious series of challenges that has had past competitors swimming in the ocean, cracking conch, and answering tricky questions like "what cut of meat did Lady Gaga wear?" This is a chef competition not a dinner. Location: Renaissance St. Croix Carambola Beach Resort and Spa. 4:30 PM, $75/pp

 

Galleon Wine Dinner: The Galleon serves up a stunning experience, with a spectacular wine dinner featuring specialized menus designed  to complement the finest of wines. 7:00 PM, The Galleon Restaurant, $150/pp

 

THURSDAY, APRIL 16

VIP Christmas Gift Tickets are available starting November 28, 2014 at 12:00 AM to December 25, 12:00 AM. $150pp. Please stay tuned for details on general sales.

A Taste of St. Croix: This is the event that started it all and should not be missed. A food and wine festival where restaurants are judged by celebrity chefs and special guests, attendees sample food from more than 50 local restaurants and wines from around the world. 6:00 PM, Divi Carina Bay Resort, $95/pp.

 

FRIDAY, APRIL 17

Cork & Fork Dinners: Intimate dinners prepared by Facebook Chef Tony Castellucci and Chef Kevin Fonzo are paired with wines by visiting vintners in spectacular homes around the island. Please contact the St. Croix Foundation at 340-773-9898 for locations and to reserve space. 5:30 PM, $1000/pp

 

Sunset BBQJoin us in historic Frederiksted while savoring a barbeque feast prepared by Chef Sam Choy, Facebook Chef Dean Spinks, Chef Ray Lampe, also knowns as Dr. BBQ, and Chefs William Desimone and Anton Doos with his culinary students. 6:00 PM, Frederiksted, $50pp (adult), $25pp (child)

 

SATURDAY, APRIL 18

Kids Cooking: Taught by chefs catering to children 6-12 years old, Kids Cooking expands the culinary horizons of our youth and makes cooking fun for the whole family. Parent or guardian must be present. Location to be announced! 10:30 AM, $25pp 

 

Wine in the Warehouse: This one-night transformation of the warehouse is a beautiful, surprising, and fun Experience. Featuring live music, a silent auction, wines for sale, fabulous appetizers and of course, the focus of the evening: wine tastings with winemakers present. Put your shawl on to combat the cool air in the wine warehouse and raise a glass to the perfect end to a week full of food and wine. 6:00 PM, Leeward Islands Warehouse, $100/pp
