Dan Smith was Top producing real estate agent for nearly 15 years. Over a five-year period of time he averaged over 200 sales per year, and in his final year of selling real estate full-time he closed 321 transactions.
In 2011 Dan came out of retirement and founded the real estate coaching company Versatility In Sales. He now coaches and speaks to Realtors throughout the United States and Canada. Dan has shared his skills and methods with over 1,000 audiences and helped countless real estate professionals to become more powerful, productive, and profitable. His focus is two-fold; to help agents achieve more success and to have more balance in their lives.
In 2012 he announced two major changes to Versatility In Sales. First, he made his Coaching programs available on a month to month basis so agents would no longer have to fear long-term contract commitments; believing they would continue to Coach with him as long as they saw value. Second was the addition of his Mentor Me Coaching program, one now used monthly by hundreds of real estate professionals across North America. The Mentor Me Coaching program, costing only $20 a month, was Dan's brash attempt to make Real Estate Coaching available to all agents, regardless of their budget.
When Dan isn’t coaching and speaking, his time is spent with his wife and four children traveling around the globe exploring and adventuring.
