2014 Strike For A Cure Bowling Tournament

The Zeta Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Health Committee has taken the initiative to combat Kidney Disease in a bowling tournament with proceeds benefiting The American Kidney Fund.
The American Kidney Fund is proud to be a health charity organization of choice in a four-year partnership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated – the first Greek-lettered sorority established and incorporated by African American college women. In this dynamic partnership, the American Kidney Fund joins more than 250,000 women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., to raise awareness of kidney disease and its risk factors through health and education-focused activities.
The bowling tournament will be held Saturday, May 3, 2014 from 6 pm to 9 pm at Strikers Family Sports Center. The event is open to the public. Individual entry fee is $25.00 for adults and $20.00 children. Tournament fee includes: 2 hours of bowling, bowling shoes, food, soft drinks, charitable contribution to benefit kidney disease, and souvenir T-shirt. All participants will be eligible for various prizes!
