Event Details

Deborah Selig, soprano

Join CAIC for our Spring Lieder Lounge featuring soprano Deborah Selig and CAIC Executive Director and pianist, Shannon McGinnis.

Deborah Selig has earned critical acclaim for her rich shimmering voice, excellent artistic insticts, and fine execution of the lyric soprano repertoire.  She has appeared in leading operatic roles with a number of US companies including Central City Opera, Chautauqua Opera, Kentucky Opera, Pittsburgh Opera, among others.  She also makes her debut as Pamina in Mozart's The Magic Flute with Boston Lyric Opera this season.

Experience songs in their natural setting: relax with a glass of wine, enjoy an intimate recital, and chat with the artists about the program over dessert!
