Poems and Pink Ribbons workshop guides breast cancer patients, survivors and anyone affected emotionally or physically by cancer through a once per month creative workshop. Poetry and other the therapeutic arts are used to create a support system that allows participants to write and voice their experiences in a nurturing network. New Orleans writers/artists lead workshops. No experience necessary. The goal is to promote mental wellness through expression. Due to demand, we welcome any cancer survivor as well. Poems & Pink Ribbons is entering its 4th year. Women and Men are welcome.

Final Session is a public reading for families and friends lead by founder and curator, Kelly Harris.
Instructors Include: Maurice Ruffin , Kysha Brown Robinson, Jarvis DeBerry and Danielle Giylot.
