What: "The Triathlete Tune Up" will discuss factors that contribute to
injury during the swim, bike, and run (ie weaknesses, inflexibilities,
imbalances,etc). The athletes have the opportunity to partner test for
these deficits to determine if the listed factors are applicable to
them and get solutions and strategies to address these deficits.
Bring a towel or mat to sit on and a pen.
