2014 Music in the Mountains MEMBER Season Pass; Adult; June 28, July 19 & August 30 Concerts

Welcome to Music in the Mountains Season 9 at the Big Bear Discovery Center Amphitheater. We’re featuring all “World’s Greatest Tribute Bands” as voted by their fans and seen on national AXS TV!
Thank you for your Season Pass purchase(s)! Our event dates are June 28, July 19 and August 30, 2014. Many of you are returning guests; your continued support and loyalty is very much appreciated. Your ticket and concession dollars will support Discovery Center programming serving over 190,000 visitors in 2014 and help environmentally educate and create greater stewardship for our natural resources and forest lands. The San Bernardino National Forest is one of the busiest national forests in the nation. Together, we can bring balance and harmony in nature through music for future generations to enjoy!
Your Season Pass includes reserved parking at the Discovery Center (1 car per 2 adult passes, teen and youth; 1 per guest family) and reserved BENCH seating. You can plan to arrive at anytime as parking and seating will be held for you for the entire evening.
A season parking pass will be mailed to you to present to the volunteer parking gate staff to enter the Discovery Center parking lot. Lot will open at 5:00pm. Parking is on a first-come basis in all three lots. Volunteer parking staff will assist. Handicapped parking with the state-approved placard and/or license plate will be accommodated on a first-come basis in terms of location as directed by volunteer parking staff.
Ticket gate will also open at 5:00pm; all events; all concerts begin at 6:00pm and end by 9:30pm. Please present your printed ticket to volunteer ticket staff; they will scan your ticket to indicate your arrival and provide you a colored wristband; please wear for the entire evening so that you can be identified as a Season Pass guest. Please keep your digital season pass for future events.
Bench seating is unassigned and will be available on a first-come basis; seats will be marked off by striping; please contain your personal property within the designated space; much appreciated as we will sell all spaces to fund raise for our nonprofit. Simply flash your wristband at our volunteer ushers to enter your seating area.
Teens (13-17) and youth 12 and under attending all events require a purchased season pass to enter; they, too, will receive a colored wristband that will be checked by our volunteer ushers. Music-loving dogs on leash will be admitted FREE into this area. Please plan to arrive early to obtain the best seating locations that allow more space for your campanion.
Please NOTE: The bench seating area offers down front and upclose seats in the "dance zone"; these are the first 3 rows across all three sections. It also offers more elevated seats across the 3 sections. Please plan to arrive when gates open if you have a specific preference as seating is first-come.
Early seat reservations will be available only to members of the Southern California Mountains Foundation; please show your member card to enter the Amphitheater from Noon to 3pm on concert dates. If you are not a member, we are offering a Member Season Pass for a few dollars more; if purchased, a Membership card will be mailed to you to present for early entry each concert date.
Note: As a season pass holder, you may sit in the open and casual seating if that is your preference. Bring your own beach chair and set up your space. We will rent chairs at $5 each as supplies last.
Food & Beverages: You may bring your own food to picnic at the Amphitheater; however, no outside beverages (except bottled water) will be allowed; coolers will be checked at the entrance in accordance with ABC license requirements; thank you in advance for your cooperation. Hamburgers, hot dogs, snacks, sodas, waters, kettle corn and other great snacks and treats will be available for sale. A beer, wine , margarita and speciality drink bar will be open at your service offering a great selection of imports, ales and domestic beers; red, white and blush wines; and regular and strawberry margaritas plus a selection of themed drinks specific to each concert.
Money Matters: Please bring cash to purchase tickets at the gate and concession sales. We will also offer a digital credit card payment via smart phones. Thanks so much for your support.
As a Season Pass Holder and you prefer to park off-site, free parking will be available at Meadows Edge with Free Shuttle: Free parking will be available in the Meadows Edge trailhead parking lot; located ¼ mile west of the Discovery Center entrance; signage will direct you to Meadows Edge; a free shuttle will run from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
