2014 Girls in Tech SOLVE Launch Event

Girls in Tech Milwaukee (GiT MKE) invites you to be a part of our first annual SOLVE event to benefit the GiT MKE organization’s growth and continued contributions to the technology community of Milwaukee.
This exciting event will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2014, 3:00 – 6:00 pm at UW- Milwaukee in the Wisconsin Room. The annual SOLVE event will be the signature celebration of the GiT MKE organization. This year, we will be celebrating the one year anniversary of the organization, its membership and partners, and the community at large, as well as working in conjunction with Flying Car as a community partner event. The focus will be on celebrating women in technology from the past present and future, showcasing stories of past accomplishments, keynotes by current leaders and discussions with high school and college talent in the fields. SOLVE promises to be an inspirational and encouraging showcase of what is possible for women in technology.
We are targeting a mix of current professional members, high school and college students and the community at large who are interested in supporting diversity and access for women in technology.

The Girl Scout's Robotics Team will be hosting demonstrations along with Electric Race Car Designer Audrey Horst, mySproutr and Girl Develop It!
