Important Notes:

• Cancellation policy: Because of the terms & conditions of the vendor contracts, all payments are non-refundable. One name change is allowed through December 31, 2014.
• Plans of Elegance, LLC is not responsible for any fees incurred by travelers as a result of missed transportation, lost/stolen/misplaced luggage, lost/stolen/misplaced personal property; accident/injury/illness/death, etc.
• Travel insurance is available for an additional cost and must be purchased when the initial deposit is made.
• Failing to make a monthly installment without prior notice and arrangements may result in a late fee of $50 being assessed or forfeiture of all previous payments.
• Each individual will be responsible for any incidental charges incurred during the hotel stay and will be required to present a credit/debit card at check-in.
• Round-trip flights from Charlotte, NC to New Orleans are available for an additional cost. Pricing varies.
• A limited amount of rooms are available for Thursday, July 2, 2015 for an additional cost.
