Information: 530 Inc. has partnered with Mercer to bring you a series of events and workshops.  Our goal is to bring you educational workshops that not only help you grow as an individual but let you network with other professionals within the community.  Thanks to Mercer these events will feature high quality speakers, time for you to network and are free to attend.  Keep in mind, there is a limited amount of space so register early.

Topic:  As we return to an economic environment of business opportunity and growth, companies are recognizing that their best sources of competitive advantage are their people. And yet, people with the right skill sets are in increasingly short supply and their preferences are shifting. As a result, companies need to become more innovative and effective in the ways they attract, retain, and engage the right people. We'll discuss the trends and issues in the marketplace and some of the leading practices companies are implementing to appeal to the people who will drive their business success.

About the Presenter

Don J. Bobo

Don J. Bobo is Mercer’s Denver Office Leader and is a Principal in the Talent business. He has more than twenty years of consulting and corporate experience across the spectrum of HR services and functions in domestic, regional, and global capacities. His primary focus has been on talent management, with an emphasis on the people-related aspects of business transformations. In addition to his office leadership and Talent consulting responsibilities, Don leads the development and execution of the Central Market’s healthcare industry strategy.
