Celebrate an Evening of Chinese Culture! The Sino American Culture and Arts Foundation is hosting one of the largest Chinese cultural extravaganzas in on the east coast of the US!

 

For the first time at Town Hall in NYC, the Award Winning, World Class Performance Group of China, the China National Opera and Dance Drama Performing Group, will have a special guest performance to celebrate this wonderful occasion.

 

The China National Opera and Dance Drama Performing Group, will perform world renowned shows like Secret Garden by Xiaoduo Chen, an acclaimed soprano singer by the New York Times and world class performer on international stages, such as Carnegie Hall; Glowing Red Morningstar Liliesby Baoli Gao, a famous Chinese tenor and folk song king of western China; a large scale-dance performance The Drunken Concubine, as well as international favorites like Jasmine. This internationally acclaimed performance group will travel all the way from China to share the amazing beauty and artistry of the American and Chinese culture.

 

To honor the young generation of performers and artists, students from the U.S and China will be making their debut on a historic Broadway stage featuring their artistic and musical talents.

Join us as we celebrate “An Evening of Chinese Culture” and support the friendship and cultural exchange between the U.S. and China through arts and culture!

中国歌剧舞剧院将带来倾情创作的顶级歌舞表演:被《纽约时报》誉为“ 动人的歌剧女高音”的、中国十大女高音之一陈小朵等专门为北美观众量身定制世界名曲《秘密花园》;主持、演唱俱佳的华语歌坛新秀孙博担纲晚会主持并将带来独唱《桃花谣》中国著名原生态歌手、“西域歌王”高保利演唱陕西民歌《山丹丹花开红艳艳》、以及大型舞蹈《贵妃醉酒》、《茉莉花》、《一路风情嘉年华》等等!丰富绚烂的舞台色彩,让您尽情享受美妙的歌舞之旅,感受中华特色的风土人情,全方位体验歌舞表演带给您的视听感受!

 

另有来自中国、美国的青少年代表也将登上这个具有近百年历史的百老汇舞台,展示才艺,共襄盛举!

The Sino-American Culture and Arts Foundation, Inc. (SACAF), a subsidiary organization of Sino-American Friendship Association, is an independent, not-for-profit organization foundation to support cultural diversity and awareness in the United States. SACAF’s mission is to work and establish a bridge to increase friendship between the two cultures and promote cultural activities and educational workshops with Chinese and American communities especially low income communities. Our programs and events will foster, promote and advance greater knowledge, understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture. SACAF has an impressive track record of bringing U.S and Chinese cultural interests together for large scale events.
