CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY: If you register for the conference then later cancel, we will apply a $50 administration fee before refunding the balance due to you. This offer applies only if your cancellation notice is received before 12/1/12 at 11:59pm.* If you paid by credit card but requested your cancellation 27 days after your initial registration but before the cancellation deadline of 12/01/12 at 11;59am, a refund check will be mailed to your address of record. There will be no EXCEPTIONS to this policy as we have a number of commitments we need to make and pay for after a set date. Registrants can transfer their registrants to another person.
