2013 CHILI NIGHT
This year's event will include:
– Recognition of Riverhead resident Mark Terry as this year's recipient of the NFEC Paul Stoutenburgh Leadership Award for his long-time service to the North Fork as a dynamic member of Southold Town's Planning Department
There will be a $5 surcharge for tickets bought at the door.
Everyone attending will receive a complimentary glass of wine and a chance to sample the chili entries, in addition to cornbread, salad and dessert. There may be a vegetarian chili option but there will also be a vegetarian food option for those who can't eat chili.
There will be a raffle of the donations made by supporting businesses and friends of the NFEC.
The current line-up of restaurants vying for the title of Best Chili, Best Specialty Chili and The People's Choice includes:

The North Fork Environmental Council is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, grass roots advocacy and educational organization dedicated to preserving clean air and water, open space and the way of life on the North Fork of Long Island New York. Our officers and directors are all volunteers and dedicate their time and efforts for the benefit residents and businesses of the North Fork.
We welcome public input and participation in our programs, events and Board meetings.
