The first day of the conference is designed to help executives uniquely identify areas of personal growth and to develop a practical action plan to enhance their leadership skills to be equipped to incite Revolutionary Change in their organizations.

Keynote Address - Featuring Keith Wyche, President, ACME Markets, motivational speaker, and critically acclaimed author of Good is not Enough – And Other Unwritten Rules for Minority Professionals. This year Keith reveals the secrets of getting to the C-Suite with his NEW book.

Mary Stutts: The Truth About Executive Coaching – An interactive presentation aimed to illuminate the myths about executive coaching and educate attendees on how to best capitalize on this important resource. 


Executive Communication How to effectively generate buy-in through communication and inspirational leadership

Financial Management for the GM – Practical methods to help support one making important financial decisions for the organization

Executive Caucus - E50’s Rapid Fire Executive Caucus – A powerful panel discussion featuring multiple diverse executives designed to engage audience participation and interaction
