ABOUT THE NATIONAL DIVERSITY MBA SUMMIT

Join admissions directors from the nation’s top business schools for the first annual National Diversity MBA Summit, hosted by the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in conjunction with The Stratus Foundation and Stratus Prep. The Summit is an outstanding opportunity for diverse, talented MBA candidates to engage with representatives from leading MBA programs and gain significant knowledge about business school admissions to ensure a successful application. Activities will include:

  • One-on-one networking sessions with admissions representatives from the nation’s top business schools
  • Panels and discussions about the importance of (and barriers to) attaining true diversity in business school
  • Small group talks led by experts on MBA admissions about how to craft the perfect application
  • Opportunities to network with other talented MBA candidates from across the country
  • School fair with admissions representatives
  • Welcome dinner and reception
  • Tours of the Carlson School and the Minneapolis area

Given the individualized programing and one-on-one networking sessions, this event is capped at 250 participants.

Our hope is that the business leaders of tomorrow look like the diverse population of today. We hope that you’ll join us to become a part of that future.
