Presentation: "Enterprise Excellence – The Holy Grail for Business"
Many companies tout excellence in their mission statement or in their core values. Many companies launch enterprise excellence initiatives. But what are they really saying? What is “enterprise excellence”? Are these truly “enterprise excellence” programs? And can “enterprise excellence” be measured?
In this presentation, we’ll explore and discuss:
• The 4 levels of Excellence and their impacts on business
• The Holy Grail for business: Enterprise Excellence
• How to measure Enterprise Excellence
• The key components of successful Enterprise Excellence
• Enterprise Excellence Scenarios
Real scenarios will be used to illustrate and analyze Enterprise Excellence opportunities and results and provide you with a starting point to present an Enterprise Excellence initiative in your own organization.

When & Where
Operational Excellence Society
The Operational Excellence Society is a “grass-roots”, all volunteer, not-for-profit (no dues or membership fees) organization committed to those Change Agents dedicated to the continuous and deliberate improvement of company performance AND the circumstances of those who work there – to pursue “Operational Excellence by Design” and not by coincidence.
It’s a place where people can take the conversation from cyberspace and make it face-to-face, to exchange ideas and best practices, and offer and receive mentorship. Whether you are in industry, a practitioner, in academia, a consultant, or an individual who is interested in the subject matter – all are welcome to join and participate.
