We have a very Special Guest who will be leading the panel discussion this month.

SPECIAL GUEST: Rebecca Bach - Global Continuous Improvement and Change Leader; Anheuser-Busch InBev

Biography: Rebecca Bach is an entrepreneurial change leader who enhances results & team performance.  She is a media and operations expert with Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and cross-functional program management skills in media, supply chain, and distribution with a focus on strategic growth.

Currently Rebecca is the Global Director of Continuous Improvement for ANHEUSER-BUSCH InBev (ABI).  She is responsible for the Lean Six Sigma program growth from 60 to 600+ participants in 3 years. Rebecca also is the global process owner for the alignment of company strategies to individual targets.  Her responsibilities include the translation of company goals to short term and long term objectives to support company results achievement. The scope of responsibility is the top levels of the company.

Rebecca has diverse experience in manufacturing, media, and FMCG fortune 100 companies. Prior to ABI, she was with General Electric for 13 years in 2 businesses, Consumer & Industrial as well as Television & Film.  Most recently before joining ABI, Rebecca served as the Director of Strategic Operations & Initiatives at NBC Universal, where she oversaw activities from business development to continuous improvement initiatives including operational M&A and integration activities for NBC Universal’s Media Distribution services.

What are the required cornerstones that set the foundation/tempo/culture to support and sustain a successful & measurable OpEx program?

This month’s meeting will feature a new meeting format with a Panel Discussion moderated by advisory board members and lead by our special guest, Rebecca Bach of Anheuser-Busch.  The panel will discuss their experience with the topic as it relates to their respective company/industry. All attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the panelists, as well as share their own experiences.

The Operational Excellence Society is a “grass-roots”, all volunteer, not-for-profit (no dues or membership fees) organization committed to those Change Agents dedicated to the continuous and deliberate improvement of company performance AND the circumstances of those who work there – to pursue “Operational Excellence by Design” and not by coincidence.
