 Featured Performance: Karina Iglesias, a contestant of NBC hit  show The  Voice, join us in the festivities and perform live. A local jazz band will also  grace the evening with their repertoire. 



 Key Note Speaker: Kenzo SungMellon Postdoctoral Fellow in Education  from Wellesley College 


We promise it  will  be an evening filled with complimentary drinks & great food prepared by Executive Chef Shotoro using only the finest, high-quality, seasonal ingredients to create a new generation of modern Japanese cuisine. You will also experience an exquisite silent auction and raffle experience with the best selection of prizes from the Bay Area's finest entertainment services & products.

East Bay Asian Youth Center (EBAYC)

Our Mission is to support youth to be safe, smart, and socially responsible.

  • We serve a multicultural community of students and families from some of the most under-resourced neighborhoods - Asians (50%), Latinos (35%), and African Americans (15%) 
    in Oakland
  • We provide recruitment, training, and matching of up to 300+ college volunteers to provide mentorship to high need Oakland youth every year.  
  • We run After School and Summer learning Programs at 12 different Oakland Unified School District K-12th grade schools 
  • EBAYC's Street Team program provides probation youth a second chance to be productive citizens through education, therapy, and counseling support 
  • EBAYC's Corridor Project promotes neighborhood safety, addresses human trafficking and violence issues, and revitalizes the San Antonio neighborhood of Oakland
