2013 East Idaho's Biggest Garage Sale

Tickets: Admission tickets to the Eastern Idaho's Biggest Garage Sale are available the day of the sale at the main gate. Tickets are $2 each. Children ages 3 and under are free. If you have any questions regarding ticket sales or attending the event, please email email@example.com
Vendors and Sellers: You are invited to join us for East Idaho’s Biggest Garage Sale in the Hillcrest High School Parking Lot in Ammon, Idaho.
A limited number of booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis for
1. Non-Commercial Booth (household and personal items) 20x20 space for $30
2. Commercial Booth (for-profit crafts and manufactured items) 20x20 space for $200
NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE ON BOOTH SPACE
ü If you wish to reserve multiple spaces, please select number of spaces during the purchase process and we will make every attempt to place your spots together.
ü We will be contacting you prior to the event with confirmation, set-up/check-in and event details. Please print your certificate as proof of purchase and bring it with you to the event during check-in/set-up.

Vendor Admission: Gates open for vendors at 6:00AM. Please be in your booth by 6:45AM. Enter at setup gate.
Public Admission: Gates open for the general public at 7:00AM on Saturday, June 16th.
General Event Information
ALL BOOTHS are AVAILABLE for JUNE 15TH, 2013.
Security will be present at all times, from Friday night through Saturday afternoon.
All booths must be set up on Friday, June 14th, 2013. No set up on day of event will be allowed.
Vendors must be in their booths by 6:45AM on Saturday, June 15th, 2013.
Vendors must stay in their booth(s) when selling your merchandise. Must be in your booth from 7:00AM-4:00PM. No early tear-downs will be allowed!
Each vendor will be provided a temporary State of Idaho “seller’s license” that must be filled out and posted in their booths during the event.
Vendors will be responsible for paying their own taxes to the State of Idaho.
Signature Party Rentals will be present to rent tables, chairs, canopies, etc. to vendors who need these items for their booths. Please pre-order from Signature Party Rentals.
Electrical power will be available at specified locations to test sold merchandise.
Several charities will be present to take any unsold merchandise that vendors would like to donate to charity.
Booths are confirmed only when payment has been received. No refunds will be given.
No food/drink can be sold from vendor booths unless authorized by Riverbend Communications.
The East Idaho’s Biggest Garage Sale will take place rain or shine!
