Rich Coolidge - COSOSRichard Coolidge - Communications Director | Colorado Secretary of State

For over five years, Richard has functioned as the Communications Director for the Colorado Secretary of State. Serving under three Secretaries of State from both political parties, Coolidge acted as the media spokesperson during two presidential elections where Colorado was referenced as a toss-up. He also operates as the legislative liaison for the department helping to secure a new campaign finance filing system and Secretary of State Scott Gessler’s Business Efficiency Suite.

Prior to joining the Secretary of State’s office, Coolidge worked at InterMountain Corporate Affairs performing public and community relations in Colorado focusing on issues such as water, transportation, and natural resources. His duties involved everything from media relations to public affairs and lobbying at all levels of government.

Coolidge also managed Colorado Attorney General John Suthers’ successful campaign in 2006 and served on the campaign staff for Governor Bill Owens successful re-election campaign in 2002.

Deb CastleDeborah Castle - Account Executive | GovDelivery

As Account Executive, Deb has spent the last 6 years focused on Digital Communication Management, Social Media Automation and Constituency Outreach programs for State, Local, and Regional Public Agencies.  Through a consultative and educational approach, she ensures that the communication process for her clients provides the most reach and engagement with the least amount of effort.
