The 2013 Customer Love Summit is a high-energy half-day of interactive lightning talks designed to provide actionable tools and tactics to business leaders who recognize that making customers feel appreciated is the fastest path to growth. Here's a one minute video with more info:

 

The summit will be held at MassChallenge on February 14th from 8AM - 11:30AM. This event is for heads of Customer Experience, Marketing, Customer Service, and Community Managers. Attendance is by invitation only and space is limited to 100 attendees.

by public transportation: 

< 15 minute walk from South Station (Red line)

< 15 minute walk from Aquarium (Blue line)

< 3 minute walk from Courthouse (Silver line - transfer at South Station)


by car: 

If you’re driving we’re quite close to the Mass Pike and I-93. Also if you’re using a GPS, it won’t recognize One Marina Park Drive, so input 56 Northern Avenue, Boston, MA 02210. There is metered parking on Northern Avenue, Seaport Avenue, and several side streets in the surrounding neighborhoods, as well as a lot at One Marina Park Drive (underneath the building where MassChallenge is located). It’s $16 before 9AM (exit by 7PM) and generally $20 for 2-10 hours.
