Though a garden container has four sides, there are no bounds to the creativity of Lurvey Landscape Supply & Garden Center’s “Think inside the Box”display garden. Eight themed planters, including Touch of the Irish, Chicago Tropics, Soothing Waters, Last Summer and Let’s Eat – Chicago Style, will bring to life a whimsical combination of gardening and lifestyle trends.
Nothing stirs up images of Monet, Picasso, Renoir or other master painters like an artist’s palette. Stuifbergen Bloembollen Export and Home and Garden Supply have specially grown more than 1,000 hyacinths to create their colorful“Artist’s Palette” display. See how nature’s paintbrush can be dipped to make your flowerbeds flourish!
Growing Power’s “Art on the Farm” will explore the textures, layers, colors and forms of edible plants that can be aesthetically integrated into any garden. This mini-farmette will be brimming with early spring herbs and vegetables, while showcasing creative yet simple ways to add art and color to your garden.
This Is How We Do It
