2013 CED Spring Webinar Series Track 1: Interested Applicants
This track is designed for Community Development Corporations (CDCs) that are interested in applying for OCS’s Community Economic Development (CED) and Healthy Food Financing Initiative (HFFI) grants to support their business development, low-income job creation, and healthy food projects. Attendees for these presentations may be CDCs that have never received CED funding before or those that have received funding but are engaging in new projects. Presentations will include insights and lessons learned from experienced grantees about implementing their programs and managing their grants. Important information about the program announcements and grants.gov will be provided. In addition, sessions will present information about how to obtain foundational and federal support for projects and how to develop an effective business plan. The webinar sessions are:
