Reservations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel for Forum attendees at a group rate of $209/night.  Reservations must be made by Friday, April 25 to take advantage of the group rate.  Attendees are encouraged to make their reservations in advance of this date since rooms may sell out.

To make a reservation at the CEA rate of $209/night before April 26th, 2013, call 206-583-0300 (ask for the CEA rate) or visit Renaissance Seattle Hotel for reservations or book online.  Ask for rooms in the Consumer Electronics Association or CEA block.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received in writing by April 26th, 2013 are refundable minus a $50 processing fee. After April 26, 2013, cancellations are subject to the entire seminar fee. Please note that if you don’t cancel by April 26th, 2013 and don’t attend the 2014CEA Technology and Standards Spring Forum, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions are permitted at any time.
