7th annual Bailey Arnheim Games (BAGs)
Named after the late Dan Bailey, former head ATC for thirty six years at Long Beach State, and Daniel D. Arnheim, who's principles of athletic training have served as guidelines for over half a century of athletic trainers, the Bailey-Arnheim Games is a one-day event giving students with a passion for athletic training the opportunity to socialize, learn and compete while showing off their knowledge and skills, and representing their respective schools.
Competitions are open to any attendees, and while it is not mandatory to compete it is highly encouraged. We will have timed tape-offs, upper and lower extremity evaluations, a mock written simulation, and fun team events. Prizes will be given to winner(s) of each event.
In addition, students will have the opportunity to sit for a lecture given by a working professional or educator, and the chance to network with future colleagues from other ATEP programs, as well as community college students interested in getting in to an ATEP program.
This event is endorsed by the CATA, acknowledged by the FWATA committee, and has sponsorships from Human Kinetics, Cramer, F.A. Davis, and Alert Services, plus more.
