9th Annual Young Children's Issues Forum 2013

"Speak Out for Children: Educate and Advocate"

A forum for discussion among State Legislators, local elected officials, business leaders, and the community regarding current children’s issues.

 

When: Saturday, March 23, 2013, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Refreshments, resources and information available at 8:30 a.m.


Where: Willow Pass Community Center
2748 East Olivera Road, Concord, CA


Cost: Free

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m.
We encourage you to arrive early program activities start at 9 o'clock

Event will be televised by CCTV.


Ted Lempert, Executive Director of Children Now, will be the guest moderator and will lead discussions of state legislators and local officials who will speak about the current status of young children's health, education, social services, and child care services.
