To help bridge the gap between educational programs and the marketplace for sculptural and functional craft, the American Craft Council has invited craft students from California College of Art (CCA) to curate a section of their work. An unparalleled opportunity, students will gain first-hand experience in booth design, installation, and interacting with the public. Be on the lookout for their pieces!
Please join us for this intimate event, as two designers from differentpoints on the interior design continuum – HGTV's Vern Yip andSan Francisco's own Steven Volpe – discuss the value of incorporatinghandmade objects into contemporary design.
