2012 VMAK Conference Registration
Monday, March 12, 2012 at 1:00 PM (EDT)
The registration desk will open on Monday, March 12 at 11:00 a.m. The Annual Meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 12, 2012, and continue through noon on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, and will include a luncheon on Tuesday, March 13.
Why be a sponsor?
If you sponsor/cosponsor one of these activities your company will be recognized with a poster at your booth (if you are an exhibitor) as well as a larger poster or slide presentation in the area where the activity you are sponsoring is held. We will also place a graphical web link on our sponsor webpage and in all our email correspondence leading up to the conference.
Sponsorship Opportunities for the Annual VMAK Conference
We would like to offer your company and exhibitors the opportunity to support VMAK by sponsoring or cosponsoring one of the following activities:
- Breakfast on Tuesday morning
- Breakfast on Wednesday morning
- Buffet Luncheon on Tuesday
- Breaks on Tuesday (morning and afternoon)
- Sponsorships of any amount would be apprecaited
- $500 or more for any of these opportunities would be tremendous
- Sustaining membership is another way of helping to sponsor the annual conference.

2012 Sustaining Memberships
The exhibit area will be available on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 6:00 a.m. and run through 8:00 p.m.. On Monday the exhibit area will be available at 7:00 a.m. The conference starts at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 12, 2012.
Teardown of exhibit area will commence after the morning break on Wednesday and end at 1:00 p.m.
Each exhibit will include one six foot table, two chairs, and a tablecloth. (Electricity is available for most of the exhibit area.)
If your company has elected to sponsor any of the breaks, breakfasts or luncheon then you will be assigned a table and have a poster to display showing what you have sponsored.
Tables with no posters on them will be first come, first serve.
