The 2012 Online Trust Forum is being hosted at the Sainte Claire Hotel one of California's genuine grand hotels - a stately hotel with majestic, plush interiors situated in the heart of downtown San Jose.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, limited to paid registrations and employees of the same organization. Company photo ID and email address are required.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Not required, but suggested to expedite registration.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be provided with a $75 fee if requested by September 14.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Photo ID is required. Must be 21 to attend the welcome reception and Casino party.
What are the parking options?
Valet parking is available for $26 per day. Limited street parking is available. If you are driving to the Forum we ask to you drink responsibly. If you need a ride contact event staff to arrange alternative transportation.
What is the policy for Press? Will press be in attendance?
Accredited press may register and attend at no-charge all sessions unless posted. Contact email@example.com for your no-charge code. Photo ID required. Personal bloggers, PR agencies and PR staff do not qualify. Press may NOT attend Thursday Academy or workshops.
