Thursday, September 13th: Continental breakfast will be available starting at 7:30 a.m. The review will begin at 8:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided. The meeting will conclude late that afternoon, typically around 5 p.m.



If you live more than 50 miles from Little Rock, your hotel room for the night of Wednesday, September 12th can be covered. The hotel will be paid directly; however, committee members will be asked to present a credit card at check-in to cover any incidentals. Each committee member will have their own hotel room.

All forms will be handed out at the beginning of the meeting for stipend, meals, and mileage.

Stipend: $50 per non-contract day.

Dinner will be reimbursed up to the current state rate ($31). Receipt(s) MUST be included.

Mileage: Participants who drive their own cars will be reimbursed for mileage based on the current state rate ($0.42/mile). Participants who carpool will not be eligible for mileage.



What is the dress code? Dress casual and comfortable but professional. Hotels tend to have finicky heating and cooling systems so it is recommended that you dress in layers.

Do I get professional development hours? Yes. You will receive the actual number of hours spent in the committee meeting, typically 6 hours per day.



A continental breakfast will be served at 7:30 a.m., and lunch will be provided.  You will be reimbursed for mileage. 



If you live more than 50 miles from Little Rock, lodging may be arranged for you for Tuesday night,

November 13 and Wednesday night, November 14 at the Holiday Inn Airport, 3201 Bankhead Dr., Little Rock, AR 72206.  Your hotel will be directly billed; however, you may be asked to present a credit card to ensure the cost of incidentals such as personal phone calls, etc. If you require lodging, on you will also be reimbursed up to the state rate for your dinner each night.  Please bring your dinner receipts to the meeting; this will need to be attached to your paperwork.


A word about attire

Because of fluctuations in the meeting room temperature, you may want to bring a sweater or jacket for comfort.
