REMINDER: Once you have purchased your Humana Challenge ticket order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via Email. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your Order Confirmation. You will need to PRINT each e-ticket and bring it with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge ticket or badge.

 

*NOTE: All parking passes ordered after Jan. 10th, will be held at the Tournament Office, 39000 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270, 760-346-8184.  They may be picked up between 9AM and 5PM Monday-Wednesday.  Any parking passes that are not picked up at the Tournament Office or ordered after 5PM on Weds, Jan. 18th will be available at Will Call beginning, Thursday, Jan. 19th.  Will Call is located at Lumpy's La Quinta, 46-630 Washington Street, La Quinta, CA (Just south of HWY 111, near Trader Joe's), 760-346-8768. Will Call hours are between 7AM and noon.

I ordered my ticket(s) online, how will I receive my ticket order(s)?

You will receive an Order Confirmation via Email. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your Order Confirmation Email. You will need to PRINT each e-ticket and bring it with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge ticket or badge.

 

Where will I find my order confirmation and e-ticket(s)?

Check your Email inbox for your Order Confirmation. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your Order Confirmation Email. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your Order Confirmation in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you still do not see your Order Confirmation, call Customer Service: 1-800-350-8850 Mon-Fri 6am-8pm PT, Sat-Sun 8am – 5pm PT.

 

Do I need to PRINT my e-ticket(s)?

YES. PRINT each e-ticket and bring it with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge ticket or badge.

 

I bought two tickets, and both e-tickets have my name on them. Will this be a problem?

No. The name on your e-ticket is insignificant. Please just be sure the barcode on your e-ticket(s) is not damaged when you go through the printing process. 

 

Help! I am having difficulty opening and printing my e-ticket(s).

We are here to help. Please call Customer Service: 1-800-350-8850 Mon-Fri 6am-8pm PT, Sat-Sun 8am-5pm PT if you are experiencing any difficulty in opening or printing your e-ticket(s).

 

I received my ticket order in the mail last year; will I be receiving my order in the mail again this year?

No. All online ticket orders will be e-tickets delivered via Email. Once you have your e-ticket(s), print them out and bring them with you to the event entrance to exchange each for a commemorative Humana Challenge ticket or badge

The Humana Challenge is managed by Desert Classic Charities. Since its inception in 1960, Desert Classic Charities, has contributed more than $54.5 million to the Eisenhower Medical Center and surrounding Coachella Valley nonprofit organizations. Its scope of giving is broad and includes structured and mentoring programs for children, social services, and food and safe shelter for the less fortunate. Desert Classic Charities is dedicated to continuing its mission to serve human needs in the Coachella Valley and beyond by generating funds and opportunities through the Humana Challenge.
