Cancellation Policy: All refund requests must be made in writing to the SFSP Milwaukee Chapter office via mail, fax or email. Phone requests will not be honored. No refunds after May 6, 2012. All refund requests are subject to a $10 processing fee. Substitutions are allowed and not subject to a fee.
