The Ashland Main Street Association's third annual Ashland Chalk Walk! will take place on Saturday, May 5, 2011 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the Ashland Branch Library plaza. All participants must pre-register and reserve a "concrete canvas" by purchasing one or more of the tickets listed above. Professional, amateur and aspiring artists of all ages are invited to participate and demonstrate their skills to an appreciative public.
Businesses, organizations, and cultural arts supporters are encouraged to sponsor our artists by purchasing a sponsorship ticket listed above. Sponsors will be recognized with a placard on one of more of the squares, and on a poster at the registration tent. As the Ashland Main Street Association is a nonprofit 501(c)(3), sponsorships are tax deductible as allowed by law.
For more information, guidelines and tips, and to see photos of our previous Chalk Walks, visit the Ashland Main Street Association web site at www.MainStreetAshland.org
And following the Chalk Walk on May 5th, please stay on the plaza to help Main Street and the Ashland Museum celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Cross Brothers grocery! Thank you for supporting Downtown Ashland -- "The Center of the Universe!"
