AAWDC hosts Back-to-Work Week (May 16-22), a series of FREE workshops and business panel events leading up to the May 23 Fort Meade Community Job Fair. prepare County residents for thier job search. Back-to-Work Week events will be held at sites throughout Anne Arundel County: Arnold, Annapolis, Glen Burnie, Severna Park, Deale, Pasadena, Hanover, Crofton and Laurel.
According to the Maryland Workforce Exchange, there are more than 13,000 job openings in Anne Arundel County. “The week’s events will give Anne Arundel County residents the edge they need in a competitive job market,” said Kirkland J. Murray, President and CEO, AAWDC.
